1. Digital Products
All products available on Haryana Current GK are digital products delivered electronically. No physical product is shipped.
2. Cancellation Policy
Once payment has been successfully completed and the digital product has been made available, the order generally cannot be cancelled.
However, cancellation or refund may be considered where applicable under this policy.
3. Refund Eligibility
A refund may be considered in the following situations:
- Duplicate payment for the same order.
- Payment is successfully completed but the purchased product is not delivered due to a technical issue or other issue from our side.
- A payment is successfully debited from the customer but the corresponding order cannot be verified or completed.
Each refund request will be reviewed based on the relevant order and payment information before a decision is made.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refund requests may generally not be accepted in the following situations:
- Incorrect product selected by the customer.
- Change of mind after purchase.
- The digital product has already been made available for download or access, except where the issue is caused by a technical problem from our side.
- Device, software, internet or compatibility-related issues at the customer's end.
- Loss or deletion of a downloaded product after successful delivery.
- Violation of our Terms & Conditions or unauthorized use or distribution of the purchased product.
5. Refund Process
If a refund request is approved, the refund will normally be processed through the original payment method or applicable payment service provider.
The time taken for the refund to reflect in the customer's account may depend on the relevant bank, payment service provider or payment method.
6. Payment or Delivery Issues
If you have successfully completed a payment but have not received access to the purchased digital product, please contact our support team before submitting a refund request.
Please provide your order ID and relevant payment reference or transaction details so that we can verify the payment and assist you.
Customers should never share sensitive payment credentials such as UPI PIN, OTP, CVV, card PIN or internet banking passwords with us.
